Hovde Kök och bar
When the morning sun rises among the mountain peaks, Hovde Hotel can offer a breakfast that lays a good foundation for an active day. Lunch at Hovde is well-prepared home cooking that is well suited to a skier. In the evening, we have a cozy atmosphere with candles, a fire in the entrance and delicious dishes to offer with some elements of local ingredients. The largest drinks list in the area! Breakfast is available for both hotel and drop-in guests. Can be booked for single days or for the whole stay.
Restaurant Passet
In the middle of the slope, by the Pass Express lift, you will find Restaurant Passet, which is open from early morning to late evening. During the day with a cozy café, hearty skier's lunches and wood oven baked pizza which towards the evening turns into a rustic Swedish-Italian bistro with à la carte service. At Passet there is après-ski every day and evening entertainment several nights a week. With a focus on high quality, relaxation and fun, there is something for everyone at Passet.
Pläjset
Welcome to Restaurant Pläjset in Vemdalsskalet and Skalspasset. We serve coffee and a la carte every day of the week. Monday to Friday we also offer lunch of the day.
Vemdalsskalets Högfjällshotell
At our restaurant SKALET TRATTORIA we serve real skier lunches and in the evening you can choose from our Ala carte, pizza or why not gather around a delicious fondue pot and everything with inspiration from Italy. In the house there is a piano bar, nightclub and in the stairs up from the shell square you will find Sweden's largest and coolest Afterski. The brewery is our newest addition, which during the summer has become both bigger and cozier, here you can try our large assortment of, among other things, locally produced beer, smoky whiskey & different types of gin and enjoy in one of our nice chesterfield sofas / armchairs. Open from 14.00 every day!
Storhogna Bageri & Bistro
Here you can enjoy freshly baked buns, pastries and delicious lunches. In the evenings we serve our evening bistro menu and refreshing drinks at the bar.

Bageriet Björnrike
At Bageriet i Björnrike you will find an inviting selection of coffee, savoury sandwiches and lunch a la carte from 11.30 to 14.30. The tasty pizzas are baked from 15.00 and evening service from 17.00. A warm welcome!

Fjällsidan
Fjällsidan is a deli and fine pizzeria... or wine tavern... or the place where the cold beer kind of slips down - you name it! Where Italian flour meets local charcuterie and is served with tough wines from Ricasoli, for easy socialising after a day on the slopes or as a kickstart for a full evening in the cottage but where you avoid the mess in the kitchen.

Härjedalspizza
Very popular local pizzeria in Vemdalen village open all year round. In addition to pizzas, kebabs, burgers, salads, schnitzel and much more are served here in a cozy environment. Here you will find classic pizzas such as Vesuvio and Hawaii, but there are also many specially made pizzas with local ingredients such as smoked moose meat, reindeer meat or cloudberry jam. These are not to be missed! They also have gluten-free pizzas and vegan cheese if you wish. You can easily place your order directly in their app “Härjedalspizza” or on the website.
Klövsjö Stenugnsbageri
In the bakery's cosy café and shop you can buy hot fresh bread, cakes, handmade pralines from our own chocolate workshop and other goodies. As far as possible all products are baked using organic ingredients without unnecessary additives – just natural ingredients!
Skalsterassen Bar & Restaurant
The kitchen at the Skalsterrassen restaurant – just a stone's throw from Skalets torg square and the ski slopes – offers Swedish cuisine but with flavours from every corner of the world.
