Café Von Paul

Majkens Sylta
Our cosy neighbourhood restaurant with a bistro feel on Experiumtorget. Lunch (drop-in) with home cooking, pasta and pizza. In the evening, à la carte and luxury pizzas are served in front of the fire. Welcome to our home!
Majkens Take Away

Lindvallens Wärdshus
Perfect location in the middle of Gustavbacken for lunch for hungry skiers. Afterski with Sweden's best cover band on stage six days a week. Towards the end of spring you can enjoy the sun on our veranda overlooking Gustavbacken. Five nights a week with Klubb W - Lindvallen's own nightclub!
Snögubben Summit Restaurant
We offer coffee, waffles and light lunches with a stunning view of the Sälen mountains and Trysil from the top of Gustavbacken. Welcome by foot, bike, or via the Gustav Express chairlift.
Social Kitchen
Social Kitchen is located right on the edge of the ski slope in Lindvallen, close to both Gustavbacken and the snow park. It serves well-prepared and affordable street food with influences from around the world in a relaxed environment. The restaurant has a large outdoor terrace with a sunny location and the children's slope is just outside. In the evening it is only open for pre-bookings
Caféet vid Gustavtorget
The café at the foot of Gustavbacken is perfect for lunch or refreshments. Waffles, soups, sandwiches and pastries are on the menu. After skiing, you can sit down in peace with a beer or other treats. Open during lift opening hours.
Bodegan
Welcome to Bodegan in Gustavbacken and have a drink in our Spanish backyard. This is where everyone gathers after a day on the slopes! Live music with troubadour and open Thursday-Sunday. In the bar you will find snacks and good drinks.
Söderåsen Foodtruck & Bar
At the foot of the Söderåsen slopes you find a wonderful little fenced area. The area consists of a food truck serving hearty fast food in the form of hamburgers, sausages and other delights, as well as a large bar and warming cabin. When spring arrives and the sun comes out, we will enjoy a wonderful view, pumping music and the occasional cold drink or coffee (non-alcoholic options are of course available).

Gammelgården
Gammelgården offers an a la carte menu, while the waffle cottage serves lighter meals and waffles. Both restaurants are open daily.
Restaurang Elgen på Olarsgården
Restaurant Elgen with flavours inspired by Sälenfjällen. The concept is based on Olarsgården's tradition and cosiness with local Dalafjällen delicacies and is part of Taste of Dalarna. Always open, all year round. Breakfast, lunch and à la carte. Classic mountain toast, raggmunk or a freshly baked waffle are always available at Olarsgården. Olarsgården is the obvious meeting place on the mountain where you can pick up take away or Sälenkassen weekend box, Christmas box or New Year's box and perhaps meet an acquaintance or a new exciting Sälen visitor.
Matsalen
Matsalen is a crêperie & bistro with well-prepared Swedish / French home cooking & recognizable dishes with a focus on sustainable food & drink. We can also offer Sälen's most beautiful view from our large balcony. Welcome to our bar shelf, balcony or have a bite to eat in the dining room.

Lammet & Grisen
Our chefs will hand-carve your fried fillet of lamb, pork tenderloin, fillet of beef, fully grilled lamb, crispy pork side, etc., for you while you choose the accompaniments yourself from our heavily-laden buffet tables. The shop offers locally produced cured meats, cheeses and other delicacies. Award-winning wine cellar. The KÖTT & DELI shop offers take-away, quality meat, gratins, sauces, charcuterie and delicacies.
Bedits Kaffe & Kök

Klubb W

Roadkill Grill
Food truck serving kebabs, gyros and falafel to hungry nightclub visitors outside Klubb W on Gustavtorget. Open from 22:00 during nightclub nights.
Ylvas våffelstuga
Ylva's Våffelstuga is diagonally to the right of Gustav Express. Freshly baked waffles with various accessories, goulash soup, grilled luxury sausage, coffee & cold beer are served here.
Fjällbagarn
Bakery, pizzeria and café with simple lunches - all in the middle of Lindvallen at the foot of the Gustavbacken slope. In the bakery you'll find bread rolls, sourdough bread, pastries, cakes, muesli and crispbread. Breakfast packages are available for those who want to up the luxury.
Hemfjällsstugan
On Hemfjället, 850 metres above sea level and five kilometres away on the ski and snowmobile trail you will find Hemfjällsstugan. Guests in Sälen have made excursions to this location for decades for the tranquillity, the freshly made waffles and the freshly made coffee! Today Hemfjällsstugan is also a great and sought after events locale in the evenings.
Fågelboet
Fondue restaurant during the evening where elk, reindeer and fillet of beef are dipped in the pot. Serves waffles, soups and hot sandwiches during the day.

WINTER offers a great atmosphere and well-prepared food with everything from burgers to beef Rydberg made of reindeer. The signature dish is Wiener schnitzel.
Winter Lounge bar
Our cosy lounge bar has an exceptional bar selection which includes Sälen's largest selection of gin and tonic. The lounge bar has a bar menu for those wanting food, music from lounge DJ's including funk, soul and lounge music and every now and again there's even live music. Viktors
Viktors combines elegance with a focus on international ingredients. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lindvallen and offers a sophisticated atmosphere where guests can enjoy classic dishes with a modern twist and new taste experiences, with the ambition that everyone will find their favourite in the menu. In our cosy restaurant you get the feeling of stepping into a second home where we hope you will feel comfortable. The style is inspired by English libraries and is very international. Upstairs, you'll find our vibrant 20s and 30s-style cocktail bar where the evening continues after dinner. You will find a full entertainment programme with great music from our DJs, a party piano bar with all kinds of music from the 80s to the latest hits and live music. In spring, the large outdoor terrace opens up, Sälen's absolute sunniest terrace with après-ski and a view of Sälfjällstorget's ski slopes. On the corner is Viktor's takeaway pizza. A warm welcome to Sälenstugan Original! Welcome to the warmth and relax in front of the fireplace in Sälen's probably cosiest log cabin. On a day with us you can expect coffee and cake, lunch, après-ski as well as our evening restaurant with delicious fjälltapas and of course our famous schnitzels. "The little Italian with great flavours". Italian food in an Italian style is slow food at its best. Menus consist of several small dishes in traditional Italian style. Homemade pasta dishes in our deli, cold cuts, cheeses and delicious side dishes. Satisfying skier lunches with fresh pasta as a starting point, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. Wayne's Coffee in Tandådalen
This will become your favourite café for a quick coffee or maybe a lovely lunch. The buns are hot, the cake buffet is loaded and our delicious sandwiches are served hot with salad. New for this year is that we have expanded our lunch with flatbread pizza and American soft buns with skagen, pulled pork, reindeer ham or oumph as a filling. Enjoy your favourite certified coffee, chocolate with cream and marshmallows, a glass of beer/wine or something else from our drinks menu. Come in to us or spend some time on our outdoor terrace. A dinner restaurant set in a beautiful log cabin in Hundfjället. Here, you can enjoy a set menu that reflects the best seasonal ingredients and the diversity of the local nature. The menu consists of several small dishes, each carefully crafted to balance and complement one another in a thoughtful sequence. A wine pairing or a handcrafted non-alcoholic drink package is selected on-site to enhance the flavors of each dish, with an award-winning wine list also available. The ambiance is set by the warm glow of the open fire or the shimmering snow visible through the panoramic windows. Bullar & Bröd Sälen
Bullar & Bröd Sälen offers a bakery, pastry shop and Napoletan-inspired pizzas. The pizzas can be ordered for take away and eaten at home in the cabin. No table reservations. Freshly baked bread, sandwiches and pastries are available every day. You can also order cakes, pastries, sandwiches and sandwich cakes. Bullar & bröd is located at the Tempo shop in Hundfjället.
Marys Burgers
The charming hut in the centre of the slope serves up tasty burgers and fresh poké bowls to hungry guests, young and old. This is the obvious meeting place in the afternoon, afterski with a troubadour Tuesday-Saturday. Nice outdoor terrace for those who want to sit outside and enjoy the spring sunshine.
Topprestaurang Lyktan
Restaurant with the very best views in Hundfjället, 798 metres above sea level! À-la-carte menu, light meals and coffee and sweet treats are served during the day, while in the evening experience soirées with fondue or steak on a plank are offered.
Våffelstugan in Hundfjället
At the end of Trollskogen enchanted forest you will find Våffelstugan. The cosy log cabin serves waffles, hot chocolate, coffee and pastries in front of the open fire.
Fompes träkolsgrill
In the heart of Hundfjället you'll find Fompe's charcoal grill. In the newly built log cabin, the food is grilled on charcoal. We serve locally produced sausages, hamburgers etc. Here you can enjoy a beer in the sun A perfect lunch / picnic place close to the slopes and Trollskogen.
Joängets Fjällgård
Joänget's cozy waffle cottage, dating back to the 16th century and located just a stone's throw from Hundfjället, is the perfect place for both waffle lovers and bon vivants.
