Join Hemsedal Up N' Down – a lift-based ski race packed with speed, team spirit and great vibes from start to finish.
What is Up N' Down?
Hemsedal Up N' Down is a team competition where you race together with one or two others. Choose your category: women, men, mixed or hygge.
In the competitive classes, your team’s average time counts. The three fastest teams in each category win prizes.
In the hygge class, it’s all about having fun. You can join alone or with friends – no timing involved.

Prizes
Prizes are awarded to the top three teams in each category. We’ll also draw a range of exciting prizes that all participants have an equal chance of winning.
Who can join?
The event suits most skiers with basic skills and a bit of competitive spirit. You are responsible for making sure you are fit enough to take part.
