Climbing park in Åre
Bring your family or friends out to Åre-Björnen, and take on a real challenge among the tree tops. The climbing park offers a combination of high-rope courses, ziplines, play and adventure.
Tree climbing is included when you book an hour in the climbing park.
Discover Åre's climbing park
- 10 different courses with varying difficulty levels.
- Over 80 different obstacles, all placed in and between the trees, including monkey bars, vines and climbing walls. Park heights vary, with a maximum of 12 metres above the ground.
- 11 ziplines, the longest of which is 62 m long and takes you over Björnbacken with a view of Lake Åre.
- Age limit 7 years with a minimum height of 120 cm.
For our younger guests, there is a smaller park in the centre of Björnen where everyone can try out easier challenges at lower altitudes. The climbing park is located adjacent to Åre Bike Park – Trail, in Björnen, right next to trail 9, Gruvpumpen.

Safety conditions for the climbing park »
In case of hard wind and thunderstorms
In the event of strong winds and thunderstorms, the climbing park may need to close. If we need to cancel your booked climbing time before the specified starting time, we will contact you via text and the full amount will be refunded for the activity booked.
We are not able to decide on the day before whether the climbing park will be open or not, but as soon as we find out whether the climbing park will need to be closed during your booked time, we will contact you via text.
