How do you deal with adversity, stress and pressure - both at work and in life? Karl is an actor, performer and CrossFit athlete with a wealth of knowledge about mental strength and performance. He has coached leaders and athletes on how to deal with pressure and stress.

How to tackle your life mentally every day!

We start with a lecture on mental resilience, where we go through strategies to manage stress, focus under pressure and build a mental attitude that helps you perform at your best even in challenging situations.

This will be followed by a practical workshop, where through various exercises you will learn techniques to strengthen your mental resilience and deal with the demands of everyday life in a more balanced way.

Karl Dyall is a versatile performer, athlete and coach with a unique journey of mental and physical strength. As the founder of CrossFit Solid and a member of the legendary dance group Bounce, he has constantly challenged the limits of what is possible.

After a serious back injury left him wheelchair-bound, he was told he would never dance again. But through uncompromising determination and mental strength, he recovered - and came back stronger than ever.

At SkiStar Evolution, Karl leads the module ‘How to tackle your life mentally every day!’, where he gives participants tools to deal with stress, pressure and setbacks - and come out stronger on the other side.
