‘High-performing teams’ - with Jesper Berlin

How do the most effective teams in the world work? What can we learn from elite sports, special forces and successful companies? With experience from military special forces and elite sports, Jesper teaches methods for building high-performance teams.

Collaborate better than Navy Seals

We start with a lecture where we go through the basic principles of team development. What makes some teams work better than others? How do you build a work culture where everyone pulls in the same direction? The lecture will cover psychological safety, clear roles, division of responsibilities, effective communication under pressure and group decision-making.

The lecture will be followed by practical exercises to practise clear communication, problem solving and stress management - all to strengthen co-operation and efficiency in different work groups.

Impact:

  • Increased cohesion and better internal communication
  • Stronger team dynamics and more efficient working methods
